CEOE Test Registration

Applicants can complete their CEOE registration online, by telephone or through the U.S. mail. Registration can be regular (no additional fees), late (an additional fee) or emergency (registration within a few days of the test; requires payment of a higher fee). Online registration is available around the clock, all days and even on holidays. This type of registration is available for regular, late or emergency registration. For most applicants, it will be the easiest way to register as it can be done for home or work and doesn't require waiting in a telephone queue or in line at the post office. Late registration done online must be completed by 5 p.m. central time of your test's registration deadline. Emergency online registration must also be completed by that deadline.

The U.S. mail can be used for CEOE registration for either regular or late options. Regular registration forms, together with payment, must be postmarked by the registration deadline. Late registration, along with payment, must be received by 5 p.m. of the late registration deadline date.

Telephone registration is reserved for emergency registration only by calling (866) 565-4893 or (413) 256-2879 during weekdays, holidays excluded.

Candidates who must change the test date, test subject or test location, can submit a Change of Registration Request form together with payment of additional fees. Anyone who needs to withdraw from a test without rescheduling is required to submit a Withdrawal/Refund Request Form that is received by 5:00 p.m. central time by the late registration deadline date in order to receive a partial refund.

CEOE registration fees vary upon the test or tests chosen. There is an additional $35 fee for late registration. Emergency registration will add $55. Computer - based testing adds $35 per test. Additional services are available, and fees vary.

Make online registration payments with VISA or MasterCard. Debit or check cards showing a VISA or MasterCard insignia that don't need a PIN are also accepted. Mailed CEOE registration must be paid by certified check or money order. Cash and personal checks are not accepted for CEOE registration.
