The CEOE Mild-Moderate Disabilities Test covers information from understanding students with mild/moderate disabilities, to their assessment, to the promotion of their development, and the creation of a learning community.

The test has a multiple-choice section (85 percent) and an essay response regarding promotion of student development (15 percent).
